WHAT WE DO:
We do training that are on things like; stroke technique, being insync, strength training, speed training, long distance or sprints intervals. Also starts, finishes and race strategies etc.
First On-Water Practice:
Thursday May 4, 2023 @ 6:30 -7:30 pm WOMENS TEAM
Thursday May 4, 2023 @ 7:30 -8:30 pm MIXED TEAM
Practice schedule:
WOMENS TEAM
6:15 pm to meet, do warm ups and line up
6:30 pm sharp in the boat
7:30 pm back to the dock
MIXED TEAM
7:15 pm to meet, do warm ups and line up
7:30 pm sharp in the boat
8:30 pm back to the dock
What to bring:
Appropriate clothing for the weather.
Neoprene water gloves might be helpful.
Lifejacket and paddles will be provided but best if you have your own.
Water bottle, seat pad also good to bring.
If you wear prescription glasses, attach them with a band.
Car keys are are best in a secure, waterproof pocket.
Old running shoes work well for cooler weather, flip flops for summer months.
Have a dry set of clothes and towel in the car.
Weather:
We still go out in the rain. Only thunder, lighting and high winds will cancel the practice.
Check the website calendar for a cancellation one hour prior to practice.

Watch for no parking signs. Centre parking is for vehicles with boat trailers.
